1. I will be comparing Bing and Google.

2. After looking up China, Google performed better. Both engines showed only results for the country. Bing only showed links that gave information on China and news articles. Google had better clustering because it gave links that would take you to the government sites in China.

3. I searched up, “Take smith ball tanks rabbit blue delta for samuel.” Bing performed way better than Google did on this test. Every link that I  received from Bing had at least one thing in common with the search located in the title. Some results even had multiple terms that were related to the search. Google on the other hand only gave around 4 sites that had a word in the search, inside the title.

4. After both tests, Bing has better recall, as it was able to give more relevant documents through both searches, whereas Google was able to give all relevant documents on the first search, but very few relevant documents on the second.
